ER consulting , incompetence personified.

ER consulting .... after my first complaint on this forum I was sent an email and everything was fixed and sorted out and everything was moved to one account and the other accounts that had been paid up were removed and withdrawn from the lawyers they were handed over to, and I thought that would be the end of the problems with ER consulting, oh how I was wrong. I still recieve phone calls and and sms's stating Final Demand , when payments have been made to the account, recieve a statement for the account and the payments do not reflect on the account either. I am speechless at the level of incompetence this company operates at , they are supposed to manage emergency rooms where peoples lives hang in the balance , but the can't even manage thier accounts department properly. How safe are we really going to be whilst in the emergency rooms they manage ???
