ER Consulting Inc. - Unjust handover to Attorneys

Despite my consistent efforts to comply with the payment arrangements made with ER Consulting, I was recently handed over to attorneys and am now being threatened with an adverse credit listing on ITC. I find this deeply upsetting and entirely unjustified, as I have honored the agreement in good faith and made payments as committed.

It is extremely disappointing that, despite compliance, your process involves tarnishing the credit records of clients who are genuinely trying to resolve their accounts. The handling of this matter reflects poorly on the way ER Consulting chooses to engage with its clients.

I urge you to provide clarity on why this action was taken despite my compliance, and to rectify this situation as a matter of urgency.
