ER Consulting Inc. threatening adverse credit listing after wrongfully issuing invoices

I booked a virtual appointment with ER Consulting Inc / SHI TELEMED (Dr SJ Holt Inc) through discovery. Firstly, the system did not work and a doctor called me on my cell. I explained the assistance I required and the doctor immediately advised that the matter could not be dealt with via a virtual consultation and the call ended immediately thereafter (Probably a minute or so). Clearly I did not receive any medical service or value from this appointment. What is very important is that, at no stage was it made clear what conditions or services could or could not be addressed through a virtual consultation and therefore, i cannot be held liable for the lack of information from this company. I refused to make payment for the invoice on principle that no service was provided and was handed over to VAN RHYNS ATTORNEYS and being threatened with an Adverse credit listing. I explained the situation and asked them to reverse the invoice. I also asked them to provide evidence that a service was provided but clearly they cannot show any. They're using fear as a tactic for people to make payment for unfairly billed invoices, which is very unprofessional.
