Absolutely pathetic from these people. i had an outstanding account for treatment at the end of December 2023. when called, i arranged a payment plan of paying the complete amount at the end of January 2024. the consultant agreed and said it will be noted on the system. 2 days later, received another call and emails everyday informing me of overdue account and FINAL DEMANDS and threatening with reporting to credit bureau. i have paid the account in full today and i am seriously considering never going back to them even in an emergency.
