ER consulting in breach of my privacy.

ER Consulting continue to harass me for payment of my brother's account and for contact details of my brother, even after I have told them to never contact me regarding his account. I have not been in contact with my brother for over 2 years as he is a drug addict and I want to protect my family from him. I do not have any contact numbers for him and I have no idea where he is. LEAVE ME ALONE ER CONSULTING or I will lay a complaint against you with the information regulator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
