Absolutely disgusting business practice they should be handed over to the ombudsman.

Phoned ER consulting as well as emailed them and made an arrangement to pay an account and have made two payments already . Yet I get an email every week and then emails stating final demand and now I get an sms saying I have been handed over to nudebt. What's worse is they phone almost everyday and are rude and even though you have made arrangements they still phone. It is pure harassment.
