ER Consulting - **********

I took my son to Olivedale hospital as he was Ill. At the casualty, the doctor - DR Els and the nurses put my son through grief my *****ing him all over failing to administer an IV. Son was admitted without an IV as they failed the only thing that was used is needles that kept *****ing my son all over causing him trauma. I also had to carry my own son to the ward. The IV was only administered by the WARD Sister when we got there as per DR Li instructions. Now ER consulting calls me 3months later to harass me about a R149 that needs to be paid apparently by me for an IV that was "so called" administered in casualty. For me this is ******* as they are claiming for something that was not done. Even if it was 10cents I would refuse to pay it! as there was no IV administered in casualty. This is a matter of principle.

To get this resolved I am now been taken from pillar to post. I have spoken to Colette, Nono and lastly Vuyiswa who advised me to email the Clinical governance. I have never seen such before , and I disgusted at the fact that I am handed over when Colette left a voice mail saying all has been sorted.
