ER CONSULTING FAILS TO ADHERE TO PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS!!!

I made a payment arrangement with ER consulting on 29 August 2024. I was advised by the agent that I can make 3 equal payments of R480. I made the first payment on 23 October 2024, second payment on 22 November and on 13 December 2024 I receive communication from NuDebt that I have been handed over by ER Consulting. How when the term of my payment arrangement is not over??? I continued to pay my outstanding balance of R480.50 today 20/12/2024 as to my Knowledge the term of the payment arrangement is not over. I call ER Consulting and they advise me that their hand over to their lawyers cannot be withdrawn, the agent I was making the payment arrangement with was supposed to advise that once I’ve received a final notice I have to settle the account. So why am I being held liable for what their representative/staff missed to tell me??? I REFUSE to pay any additional debt collection/administration fees to NuDebt because ER Consulting failed to adhere to an agreement with me. I require the call recording of the call I made when making the payment arrangement. I need the matter to be escalated as dare I be listed I will be taking ER consulting to small claims court to settle this matter as what may seem little to them for me to pay to NuDebt is not small to my pocket and could go a long way into my savings to ensure I do not have to ever have an encounter with ER Consultings accounts department!!
