ER Consulting bad experience

ER Consulting have got to be the most low down people ever. My husband passed away in June 2022 and I had a mild stroke right after that. When i saw a shortfall on the medical account I contacted them and arranged to pay of R300 per month. I have not missed one month and today get a message from NUDebt stating that I have been handed over. I asked how can I be handed over when the 31st December is my last payment of R344.60. I was told well you have been handed over and need to make arrangements to pay it. How can I make arrangements to pay something that is my last payment which will be paid when my pension goes in. The lady says you need to pay R44.60 by 20 December and then the R300 on the 31st December. When the arrangements were originally made I got an email saying you will get sms messages that you are in arrears even though you have made your agreed monthly payment but ignore them as they are automated messages. So I was not worried when I was getting messages as I was sticking to the arrangement of R300 every month end. Then to be handed over when I have only the 31st December final payment that was agreed to originally. Absolutely bad system on ER Consulting. Totally disgusted....you think you are doing the right thing by paying every month as agreed but to be treated like you don't pay is a poor show. Then the lady says don't worry we will send you a link to get coupons for groceries.
