ER consulting and NU DEBT harassment

ER Greenacers hospital PE Morning I have read prev complaints of ER and can clearly agree with *********** accounts department. They dont send a statement nor sms if your medical did not pay in full. I called them in NOv and was told to hang on as there is a period where they awaingt for medical aid to pay it. When it was not paid I made an arrangementss did so paid up and within saying on they email of final letter of demand its states payment to be made within 20 days from date within that tells me when date I received email I get 20 days to make payment and I did. but no 3 DAYS AFTER EMAIL i WAS HANDED OVER. Er did send NUDEBT email stating ,the acc is pd up yet they still harass me .

I refuse to pay any other money I have proof of all my emails
