ER Consulting and Nu Debt

I'm being harassed for a payment made to Arwyp ER Consulting Inc. So my son got injured and took him there. Medical Aid short paid. ER never phoned to collect on the difference. I picked up on medical aid statement that the amount was short paid. I paid ER in Jan 2024. But subsequent to this my account was handed over to Nu Debt. They have been harassing me and told me that they are blacklisting my 15 years old.

I keep sending emails with proof of payment to NU Debt, and they keep sending me emails with the same amount I paid as outstanding. I even sent POP to ER and asked NU Debt to speak to ER.

Need I say that NU Debt calls comes through as spam with different company names. Why must I share my private information with a company I do not know. People get ****med and de*****ed most times my unknown companies. I don't have an account with NU Debt and don't know them.
