Er consulting

On 11th of July my son was brought in at the emergency room at Greenacres Hospital Port elizabeth. After x rays done it was confirmed he had a fracture of the left clavicle. The Er consulting account was denied payment by my medical aid. It was resubmitted as a PMB. I phoned the ER consulting rooms twice giving them a ref number I received from my medical aid for the account as it was in processing for payment in which they rep**** that they have made a note on the system. After 2 months I got a letter from a lawyer saying I have been handed over. Needless to say my medical aid had paid them in full i have gotten a letter from the attorneys stating the account was paid in full. Absolutely disgusted with this practice! As a medical practice they should know how medical aid payments and processing of accounts work!
