ER Consulting accounts department is uselss

Firstly I did not receive an invoice at all for the services provided at Life Beacon Bay, even though they have my email address. Then for months I have been receiving sms's saying I owe money and if I want a statement to reply with my email address which I have done on numerous occasions and not once received a statement. I then phoned them to ask for a statement as I cannot pay something if I have no banking details and no idea what the amount I owe is. I was assured a statement would be sent, it never arrived. Eventually today I get an sms after they have handed me over, but finally have an amount to pay and an account to pay it to. ER Consulting you are absolutely useless... and since this happened I have found out from many friends who have had the exact same problem. You need to sort your accounts system out asap.
