ER Consulting Accounts

My dad was admitted to ER Consulting at Alberlito on 29.08.2019 -terminal cancer.My dad passed away same day.Dr in ER consulting was very professional,treated my dad very well,supported mum and my family,visited my dad in the ward and was very supportive when dad passed away.Today- over 2months after dad passed away,i received a call from a lady at accounts dept in JHB,informing me there was an outstanding account.Informed her my dad passed away on 29.08.2019 ,and why was I not informed of this earlier.She still had the nerve to lie and told me SMS was sent to my cell no.Advised her to email the statement as I had not received any SMS for ERC.Statement emailed..after me advising her of dads passing on , Email still read.:".Dear Mr L Gulzar..Hope you are recovering well"I have no issues paying the Dr..she was brilliant ,but ER Consulting..are an absolute horrible service provider.Besides being 2 months later..trying to deal with the loss of my dad , if the correct codes were submitted to the fund this account would have been paid in full by the med aid..unless they billed over scheme rates.I have worked with a co that uses ERConsulting and they really do injustice to an awesome Company.I have paid the account based on the service provided by the Dr
