Er consulting absolutely terrible administration

I spoke to Amy in the call centre yesterday and mentioned that I had never received an invoice for my ER consult at Umhlanga Netcare till my husband phoned Nudebt and queried the harassing SMS’s, an invoice was sent to him from Nudebt on the 20th of March. No one had contacted us until Nudebts harassment and we had previously paid Umhlanga Netcares invoice on time as they emailed the invoice.

Both Netcare Umhlanga and Nudebt were able to get hold of my correct details. Either ER Consulting made no attempt to bill correctly or did not even attempt to contact me for the bill after the invoice was generated and handed my case over to Nudebt without due diligence.

This is gross negligence and I will be reporting ER consulting to HPCSA for improper billing practices.
