ER Consulting

My daughter was at emergencies in March 2023, She was treated by drs from ER Condlsulting.

In Jan a got a call from attorney's that i have been handed over for a account from ER Consulting that hasn't been paid. I never received a call or email from them regarding this.

I contacted them, they told me they had a wrong cell number etc, and i asked why didn't they contact the hospital if they didn't get hold of me, to confirm my details. So the error is on their side, they have send my account off with wrong codes, the last email from them where i am cc'd in, asking other staff if account can be write off, its more than a week later, and i want to know what happend with this account and i dont get any reply on my emails. They are very quick to hand me over, but now that the error is on their side, and i am requesting feedback i dont get any reply.
