Absolutely unacceptable service. Treatment date 24.07.2023. Payment date 26.07.2023. Paid with the ERC reference, yet the payment was never allocated. 30 Nov we recieve am sms that our account is being handed over. This is a repeat with Er Consulting, every single emergency visit to the linmed hospital that is handled by Er C results in this. Payments not being allocated and the patient being handed over. Why are payments not allocated? Staff at Er C are *********** - on the phone, or email, on the whatsapp chat, completely ***********.
