ER Consulting

I have never experienced a company like this one. Absolutely no compassion for anyone Myself and my wife landed up in the ER of Greenacres and Mercantile Hospital on separate occasions. I was fine. However my wife's was more serious , She was admitted to the ICU where CPR was admitted and and she was put on a ventilator and how she remained for 27 day's all told she was in hospital for a month. Then all the accounts started arriving. When we got the account for ER Consulting I sent them a email to tell the that we cannot pay the full amount as we are SASSA Pensioner's and also have more accounts to pay and made them a offer of R100 per month which I have paid as promised for the last four months Towards a account of just under R2000. Now the lady from accounts department sends me a e mail and thanks me for the payments made and tells me that it is not acceptable and that they want the full amount owing and that failing to do so I will be handed over to the National Credit Data Base 'Credit Bureau' which will regretfully affect my ability to obtain credit and adversely effect any credit facilities that we currently enjoy. I have explained that we are SASSA pensioners in our 70's and have never had bad debt ever and do not have that kind of money lying around. Also I was informed that if there is another emergency we will probably have to pay up front before we will be admitted. So now what are we to do. Die ? Is this legal
