Dysfunctional Customer Service

It seems they are somewhat efficient when you're owing them money but you can forget about it if they owe you money. I've sent numerous emails asking for feedback and no response. Eventually called and spoke to an apathetic agent who said yes someone would call me - I'm still waiting.
