Dr's Holt and Partners

If you need emergency hospital treatment please avoid using the services of ER Consulting Inc trading as Dr's Holt and Partners. One such facility, Lenmed Ahmed Kathrada Hospital, Lenasia uses them. To my utter dismay and frustration I they found most unpleasant and very unprofessional in their conduct. I had to be admitted as an emergency at the casualty section. Unfortunately, my medical aid did not foot the bill. We were intimidated, harassed, bul**** and threatened to settle the account. Notwithstanding, we engaged them to settle the account. It all fell on deaf ears, they continued with threats via sms, phone call and email. They never entertained our emails nor bothered to reply or acknowledge them. In all, they smacked of arrogance and no concern for their clients.
