DONT LISTEN, DONT CARE

What rude ppl work at the call center. I got a call that i have an outstanding account, i was admitted so this should have been paid out of hospital plan. So, I called discovery, they advised that ER consulting never submitted a claim, I then called ER Consulting back an the lady was very rude and not willing to assist and started to get cheeky over the phone. I have the call recordings to play back to the debt collectors once they hand me over as they did not want to listen to me.
