Disgusting Service from your Accounts Department mistreating Stroke Patient.

The worst service ever received and rudest Accounts department agents I haver dealt with,I know I was upset as well but how can you let your Employees speak the way they do to patients, and me being a stroke survivor I am beyond disgusted you don't even deserve a star at all. You need to re evaluate your Employees as they have no empathy no telephone manner no manners at all. At any other work place you will get fired. And I will be taking this matter further legally as this cannot happen to me or any other patient, what would you have done if I got sick again because of the way your Employee spoke to me.As a stroke patient I had to get my own account paid by the medical aid because your is too lazy and rude to do your Job.
