Because of my **** medical aid I and required to make use of Kingsbury. I preferred another facility. But to avoid the co-pay I was forced to go to Kingsbury. Got there waited a hour. No appology nothing. Eventually got see the doctor. Examined me and basically said that my face was not swollen enough. Started showing me google pics of swollen faces. Those cases I would admit to hospital. Said i should keep on with antibiotic. AND THEN DISCHARGED ME FROM THE ER. No drip not a pain killer nothing. What is worse I get a bill from them this morning. Cute on how i can pay via a bot message. AS THE DSP FOR MY medical how come I am charged. This is disgusting. My face is still swollen. I am no better off than what i was in the beginning. I have a bill to pay for what service.
