Disgraceful and disgusting service from ER Consulting

ER Consulting has sent me a bill on several occasions which showed only R250 paid from my medical aid in spite of my medical aid statement showing that they've paid R1000. I have queried the bill on several occasions and even paid small payments to prevent the account being to collections while this was being addressed. Not only have they never rep**** to my emails, they also ignored all the payments I made and sent the bill to collections! The service is absolutely disgraceful!
