Delayed submission of account to GAP

My son was involved in an injury as was seen in hospital and admitted in October 2022. All Gap claims were submitted from all Service providers and settled.

ER Consulting now claims and they acknowledge they were late on a call today.

I am sorry my Gap only allows us 6 months .

I cannot be held liable for your incompetence.
