What good a service is it that before touching the patient you confirm with the medical aid with regards to payment, next thing I owe you. If it wasn't an emergency case for my son I wouldn't have gone to the hospital and I believe after confirming with medical aid you should have told me so that I can prepare myself for that extra cash and don't just catch us at the desperate moment. So next time I see the name ER Consulting, I runaway and tell others to stay far away because there will be hidden information.
