Complaint

In January 2019 sent my daughter and paid cash. i later claimed from my medical aid; the medical aid transferred the claim to the ER Consulting accounts. on the 17th of May 2019 i received an email from ER Consulting accounts department; requesting me to settle the amount due to them. In response i phone to query the request and i was instructed to send the proof of payment which i did. I made 2 consecutive follow ups for feedback; no response until today. I want them to pay back my money as the medical aid payed them.
