Good day

I am writing this mail to let you know that i am very unhappy with the way this situation was handled. I visited the emergency department in November of last year with my son. In may this year i got a notification that the medical aid did not pay the claim submitted. After investigating this i found that your company not only submitted the claim after the four month period but also it was NEVER even sent to me.

Now i am being threatened by your company to pay the account , which had it been sent through on time would have been settled. I don't feel that i should be held liable as had it been sent to me i would have also sent it to my medical aid, as i do with all accounts sent to me.
