Complains

I received services from mediclinic Vereeniging in September 2024 and in the very same month I received communication that I have an outstanding amount to be paid.I acknowledged the debt and made arrangements as I was informed that I only have three months to settle the debts and indeed I settle settleled it in three months with interest added.To my surprise, in January 2025 I started receiving communications that my account has been handed over as I have failed to pay/make arrangements to settle the account.I have communicated with a consulted by the name Noxolo requesting her to make a note that my account was paid n I need the communication to stop as I feel so harassed but she failed to as I still receive communication from them with interests added everytime they communicate.Please assist as this abuse I am suffering has to be put to a stop.
