Claim rejection

My sister was admitted via casualty and ER Consulting decided to submit the claim without an auth which was rejected and now she's owing. I called and asked them to resubmit the account with the Auth number that was approved for emergency but instead they handed over her account to so called lawyers. I sent again an email with the auth number to resubmit and no one has bothered coming back to me if whether resubmission was successful or not. We are been harassed by these lawyers demanding payment whereas medical aid is willing to pay if account is resubmitted with Auth. This is absolutely nonsense.
