Billing Issues...Again

Whenever I have had the misfortune of dealing with them, I am repeatedly harassed by their *********** billing department. They seem to be wholly unable to understand it and repeatedly contact me over bills that have been paid. Even after they have called me months before and said it's a problem on their side, they will not bother me again.
