Being threatened to be handed over after account is paid.

I am pretty upset. With many others giving also the same complaint. Paid Ancron life hospital x amount. Which included doctors fees and hospital fees. Gave proof two weeks ago. Now I get sms that I will be handed over in 7 Days. While I am an honest paying customer!!

Ancron said that the money was allocated to the wrong profile as there was a duplicate. How can this take two weeks to be resolved.

If I get handed over, I shall seek the best attorney possible.
