Being Harrased

An invoice was sent to me of R1070 and arrangements were made on how payment should be done and eventually all was paid and proof of payments were sent numerous times to different consultants promising that payments will be allocated and was not DONE. Now ER Consulting keeps harrasing me that there is still an outstanding amount of R200 and threatening to list my name on ITC and calls me none stop..
