Bad service at St George's ER Consulting

My mother had a Basal cell carcinoma removed and the evening it started bleeding terribly. I tried all the was to stop it(I am a Registered nurse) eventually I gave up and took her to ER Consulting at St George's Hospital Port Elizabeth with the Idea they would cauterise it. We waited over 3 hours ( I understand them being busy) but when she was taken in, 5 minutes later wheeled out and told they put on a dressing and it would be fine. I was not allowed in to speak to the Dr. By the time I got Mum home, the blood was pouring out again!!!! It took me over 4 hours to get the bleeding to stop eventually. So disgusted with the service, as we will probably be charged an emergency fee for seeing the Dr who just did what I had initially done, and that didn't even help!
