Bad Service

Very bad service. Took my fiancé to their ER yesterday, she was discharged thank God, but they forgot to give us our Dr's notes like we had asked. Called this morning and asked for it since my fiancé is resting, unfortunately they can't email it to us, they want that same sick patient that they said should rest must come back to the Hospital and collect it herself where else they can just email it.. What kind of a Dr that doesn't have any person that handles their administrative work??
