I visited St Dominics East London on the 22 December 2024 and I was attended by Dr JG Bloemberg. I visited again with a form that needs to be signed by the doctor attended me. I was told that Employer's form could not be completed by GP that I had a consultation with, stating that it needs a specialist. I don't know what to do as I was not attended by a Specialist.
