arrogant consulting group

This is an absolutely pathetic group-The Dr at Hillcrest was good but these people are charging me an extremely ridiculous amount and coding it as something it was not-my child was treated after two hours! I tried to explain to the two people who called but they promised to come back to me and never did-I can never get through to their call centre and I mailed thrice with no response-they repeatedly send sms's and emails but never respond to mine. I have started payment in increments however I will advise anyone NOT to deal with this company due to their unprofessional staff.
