Arrogance, attitude and incompetence is what they strive for at ER Consulting Accounts. Abo is rude and quite frankly the most *********** accounts person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with!!!! ER Consulting is also *****ulently handing accounts over. We had an unfortunate event whereby my child was attacked by a dog. We attended casualty ward on 1 December 2024 and follow up was scheduled for 4 December. Account was received after pre-authorization was obtained. I had to provide ER with Authorization code. I had to contact my Medical Insurance to enquire about payment and I have to smell what was paid and what not. After the medical insurance settled part of the account it was handed over. Why does ER Consulting not send updated statements or communications? My account was handed over for non payment, yet not communication was received after medical insurance settled my claim. Do I work for ER Consulting? NO! Does ER Consulting pay my salary? NO! How dare your accounts lady ABO tell me its my problem. I AM GOING TO ESCALATE THIS MATTER WHEREVER POSSIBLE BECAUSE YOU ER CONSULTING ARE COMMITING ***** AND NEGATIVELY IMPACTING MY CREDIT RECORD BECAUSE OF YOUR *****ULENT PRACTICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
