Amy needs to be replaced!

As many have said I also wish there was a minus star that could be given,I was contacted by a lady named Amy,absolutely ***********. She firstly mistook me for another patient and read out an email from that patient then proceeded with no apology. I am disgusted l,how do they employ people who have no people skills whatsoever and have no common sense. Definitely a minus for me.
