Same story like everyone else... accounts team doesn't know their heads from their ****s!

My bill was submitted to my medical aid who paid 70% of the bill but for some reason I was still invoiced the full 100% and was told to pay now. I told them to fix the invoice and I will pay the outstanding amount once the invoice is amended to the correct amount. Once again I was sent the full invoice...

EVENTUALLY they corrected it and sent me an invoice with the correct amount, I paid, sent the POP as requested and responded to the email within the hour. A week later I am now getting harassed with phone calls (had to block them) and receiving more invoices from them, demanding money (that has already been paid in full).

Disgusting service, clearly very *********** as they don't know how to do a bank recon OR they are just big time ****mers, either way, don't waste your time.
