Accounts refund from Er consulting Inc

Account credit refund ER CONSULTING ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT ARE THE WORSE . THEY OWE ME A REFUND WHICH I HAVE COMPLETED ON THE ONLIEN PORTAL AND EVEN SENT THEM AN EMAIL ON THE 8TH OF May but to date I have not received my refund. When you owe them the call everyday until you pay. But when they owe you you can get contact to any as they don't reply on emails and you can't get hold of the accounts department when you call.
