Accounts department a joke

Their accounts department is a joke. This is the second time I get an sms to say that my account is outstanding even though I do not receive any invoice with amount and banking details in the FIRST PLACE! I phone the call center and on BOTH occasions have had rude women (and yes I am a woman) speak to me and either give me attitude or just hang up on me. It's a time consuming matter just to pay your account with them!
