ACCOUNTS DEBACLE

On 26 August 2023 I took my son to Greenacres Hospital who was seen by a doctor at ER Consulting. While the service was good, the accounting Department has caused much frustration and stress. In short (I have had correspondence with the accounts department), the medical aid paid a portion of the account on 25/10/2023. Finally I received a statement showing the balance that was owning. This was paid on 10/12/2023. Many times over, I have emailed proof of both payments. This account was handed over to Nudebt. I forwarded Proof of payments of the ER Consulting account to Nudebt, on many occasions. In one correspondence, I see that ERC maintained that payment was only received in April 2024! Proof of payment proves otherwise. To date, I am still receiving threatening letters from Nudebt, to pay them, and with each email/SMS, the amount escalates.
