Account paid but I am still getting handover sms’s

I was sick and went to Netcare Sunward Park. The dr at the casualty saw me and said he wouldn’t admit me. Fine, few weeks later I get messages that I owe them money and that they’ve been trying to get hold of me for payment arrangements. I never received any calls by the way. They sent me a message that they will be handing over my account and stuff. I went into their website and paid all the money that was owed to them and sent them proof of payment as well. They still handed over my account as if I still owe them and no one is communicating with me other than the sms’s I get daily. I send emails no one is saying anything whereas my name is getting ruined on an account I paid for. At this point I am even ****ed with Netcare as well as I did not even get the help I went there for. I only received proper medical care when I went to Life Glynwood. Now I’m stuck with paying a dr that failed to help me, after having paid him, they fail to remove my name on their credit accounts. ****mers of note if you ask me.
