Account handed over

ER Consulting Inc handed me over to NuDebt after I have communicated with one of their consultants that I will pay monthly!!

August 2024 I was in Olivedale hospital for an injury I paid everything that was not covered by the insurance, Netcare even refunded me weeks later as I over paid. December 2024, I received a final demand latter from ER Consulting that I owe them. How?! I then contact them on the 16 January 2025 wanting clarity well I am paying for the doctor as it was not covered. Why I am hearing it now? what was I paying for at Netcare? the consultant did not have answers. I then say I will pay monthly on the 28 January I then made my first payment.

Now in February I am contacted by Nudebt as handed me over to them! even the balance I thought I will settle end of January has +R200 extra!!

As I have mentioned to my 100 emails, I have been sending I will pay the amount I know is outstanding to ER consulting on the 28 of January 2025! and you can deal with NuDebts as I do not know why I am being handed over after communicating.
