Account Department

The doctor’s are wonderful but the accounts department is a shame. I paid my bill in full and send proof of payment but now I’m getting sms saying I owe them. We visited the hospital in April 2024 and I paid the full amount even send proof of payment. Someone from the department said they will trace where the money went then never came back to me. I have sent email to follow up but no one is doing anything. Now I’m receiving messages from Debt collectors.
