A TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE FROM ER CONSULTING INC

Received an invoice from Er Consulting Inc with demand to pay immediately, after 15 months of incident and after I tried to contact someone, as I knew there was an outstanding amount, which my medical aid did not pay. No luck, not answer on telephone calls (actually when you phone the numbers it "does not exist"). Eventaully when I received the sms with porthole option payment, I got hold of them, making arrengments to pay it off via EFT, as I do not trust this porthole payments. Made payment and sent proof of payment through to them every month since the arrangement. Now ER Cons has handed me over to attorneys, claiming I did not honour the agreement. Now the attorneys also did not do their homework on this account, also first requested immediate payment and after a phone call with them in which payment arrangements were now made with the attorneys itself. I decided to confirm this payment arrangement again with the attorneys, in which the lady was very arrogant, interrupting me when I started to explain the reason for my call and informed me the arrangement with ER Cons is only valid for 3 months, that is why they handed me over. I was not aware of this 3 month "thing", as I phoned ER Cons every month because they send me sms'es informing that they will hand me over, after I made the arrangement with them, never once did they tell me it was only for 3 months, they just said if I am paying, I must ignore the sms. Can one report this company somewhere for their "non existing service" ????!!!!!!!
