ER Construction nightmare (Azaadville gardens)

I type this with tears, I bought a house in Azaadville gardens via ER Construction and I without a doubt can say that it has been the worst experience of my life, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone especially first time young home owners, literally thee most useless people, after buying the house whatever happens after the day they hand you the key is none of their business, atleast that's what I've gathered.. I have been complaining about electricity faults for months now, the kitchen and seating area lights, the connection is so bad the lights don't go off.. I've sent emails to them no communication back from them and when I call them back they do not bother to either reply or get back to me
