Poor customer service

What does ER stand for in terms of Medical /hospitals, I thought that it meant Emergency but at Rustenburg Peglarae ER 24 it takes you more than two hours to be attended to so chances of you dying before the doctor gets to you are very high they have only one doctor attending to more than 5 emergency patients at a time now tell me where is the emergency there? No other doctor just one.
