The staff is good in the ER Department itself But getting help with your account is useless, not the first time that we've told them they need to phone the medical aid. I've been trying now for 4 days to get this sorted out so that I can submit this account to the medical aid without any success The person I must speak to are just not answering the phone or coming back to me per mail
